We want your little aviators to be completely satisfied with their new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your Babiators aren't a perfect fit, we'll help you find the right pair or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn Babiators and all original packaging into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
